1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and betpkr6 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in relation to your use of the betpkr6 website at betpkr6.ws and all services made available through it. By accessing the betpkr6 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using betpkr6 and must not create an account. betpkr6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. 2Eligibility

To register and use betpkr6, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpkr6 operates a strict minimum age policy and takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be suspended immediately.

3Account Registration

Each eligible player may hold only one betpkr6 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where betpkr6 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering on betpkr6, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your betpkr6 account settings promptly.

betpkr6 is committed to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. As part of this, betpkr6 may request identity verification documents including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. KYC verification may be requested at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of betpkr6 at the platform's discretion.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betpkr6 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpkr6 does not charge currency conversion fees as no conversion takes place. The following payment methods are accepted on betpkr6:

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly. IBFT and card deposits typically reflect within a few minutes during standard banking hours. If your deposit does not appear in your betpkr6 balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed by betpkr6 within 15 minutes to mobile wallets under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing schedule. betpkr6 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as a security and anti-money-laundering measure.

betpkr6 reserves the right to delay or temporarily hold withdrawal requests where account verification is incomplete, where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been satisfied.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on betpkr6 are binding once confirmed by the platform. betpkr6's betting rules cover all sports markets, PSL betting, virtual sports events, and any other wagering product available on the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• Minimum stake: Rs 100 on most markets. Some in-play markets have a lower minimum of Rs 50. Specific minimums are displayed on the betslip before confirmation.
• Maximum stake: Maximum bet limits are set per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betslip. betpkr6 reserves the right to adjust maximum limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
• Pricing errors: If odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error, betpkr6 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the player's betpkr6 account.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum time required for a result to stand (as defined by the relevant sport's governing body), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless betpkr6's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• In-play betting: Once a live bet is confirmed in the betslip, it cannot be cancelled. betpkr6 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• PSL betting: PSL match markets on betpkr6 are settled according to the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). DLS results are treated as official results for settlement purposes.

Betpkr6 publishes sport-specific betting rules for cricket, football, and other sports in the Help section of the platform. Players are encouraged to review the relevant rules before placing bets in unfamiliar markets.

6Bonuses and Promotions

betpkr6 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including the welcome bonus, PSL free bets, casino reload offers, cashback, and loyalty programme rewards. All betpkr6 promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Promotions page:

• Promotions are only available to players who have a verified betpkr6 account in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion's terms. The wagering requirement must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
• Sports betting wagers counted toward bonus wagering must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method that betpkr6 determines to be abusive will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and possible permanent account suspension.
• betpkr6 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion when it is amended will be notified of the changes.
• Free bet credits are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bets are credited as withdrawable cash (or as withdrawable cash after applicable wagering, depending on the specific promotion).

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpkr6 login credentials — including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. betpkr6 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from betpkr6 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

If you suspect that your betpkr6 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betpkr6 support immediately via live chat or email at support@betpkr6.ws. betpkr6 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the investigation is underway.

Where betpkr6's own systems are at fault, the platform accepts full liability in accordance with applicable law.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betpkr6 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one betpkr6 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using third-party payment methods or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in any form of betting collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or algorithms to place bets on betpkr6 without prior written authorisation from betpkr6.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or other technical vulnerabilities on betpkr6 for financial gain.
• Transferring funds between betpkr6 accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Laundering money or using betpkr6 for any form of financial fraud.

betpkr6 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, betpkr6 reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and cancel any bets or winnings obtained through prohibited means. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may appeal by contacting betpkr6 support.

9Responsible Gaming

betpkr6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available directly within your betpkr6 account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your betpkr6 account. These take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent. betpkr6 will not reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has lapsed, and will not accept re-registration attempts from self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

12Limitation of Liability

betpkr6 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betpkr6 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpkr6 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use betpkr6.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond betpkr6's direct control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

betpkr6's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where betpkr6's liability results from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud on the part of betpkr6.

13Amendments to These Terms

betpkr6 may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betpkr6 will notify active players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you continue to use betpkr6 after the updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using betpkr6 and may request account closure by contacting support.

14Governing Law and Disputes
